The menu is set!
We’ll start our night with a scrumptious spread of baked brie (pesto, onion marmalade, and sun dried tomato), hot artichoke crostinis, spinach and feta mushrooms, and assorted sausages with mustards.
For the main course you’ll have an option of smoky tri-tip drenched in gorgonzola butter or a refreshing grilled lemon and garlic chicken.
For accompaniments there will be a fresh spring salad with cranberries, pears, pecans, gorgonzola, and an orange musket vinaigrette. Also available is a mediterranean orzo with artichokes, tomatoes, olives, basil, and toasted pine nuts. For the meat and potatoes man, there will be a pile of garlic and herb roasted potatoes.
For dessert your cake options will include dark chocolate with fresh raspberry filling, white cake with fresh strawberries and cream, orange almond (trust us, it’s more delicious than it sounds), and tiramisu.
